Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets for the assigned channel, including Total DFI, CMM, and General Trade Direct Accounts.
  • Develop and align annual business plans and strategies to meet channel KPIs.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning sessions and conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
  • Manage A&P budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to translate category and brand strategies into actionable channel plans.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate trade promotions, price-offs, and advertised offers.
  • Submit new product listings, promotion packs, price maintenance, and promotion claims.
  • Monitor distribution expansion and product range extension.
  • Continuously evaluate retailer planograms to identify opportunities for category growth.
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure optimal store coverage, display quality, and store hygiene.
  • Ensure best-in-class in-trade execution.
  • Develop new business development strategies and promotional plans for new segments.
  • Promote and sell to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with a leading MNC food company.
  • Familiarity with Modern Trade and General Trade Channels, with experience working with key account buyers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, determined, and able to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
