We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Admin to join our Audio visual rental company . You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the exciting field of events industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Support the project coordination process by maintaining project files, tracking deliverables, and updating project status.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, products, and suppliers.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
Requirements:
- O Levels/Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player.
