Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Assist sales/warranty admin in handling administrations duties and related matters.
  • Ensure all repair orders are submitted on time.
  • Coordinate closely with workshop personnel regarding on warranty enquiries.
  • Generate production orders for vehicles.
  • Submit vehicle orders for management approval.
  • Declare duty permits through the Customs Portal upon vehicle shipment arrivals.
  • Provide reports on vehicle inventory.
  • Assist with stock-taking for vehicles.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with relevant experience in automotive industry
  • Candidate with administration experienced in automotive is also welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
