Role Summary:

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive user engagement and growth for our app. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including local businesses, tourism boards, and service providers, to create mutually beneficial relationships and innovative partnership opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals and user needs.

· Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they are beneficial and sustainable for all parties involved.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and co-branded initiatives.

· Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending adjustments to strategies as necessary.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and continuously seek opportunities to enhance and expand these collaborations.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities or threats.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce, tech or travel industry.

· In-depth knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.

· Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate and optimize partnership success.

· Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools to manage partnerships efficiently.

· Strong project skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

· Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to maximize partnership exposure and engagement.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and team members alike.

· Language proficiency in addition to English is highly advantageous, especially in languages relevant to key markets or partnership regions.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, showing initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.

· Legal understanding of contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests in partnership agreements.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of securing impactful partnerships.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and execute plans effectively.

· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and a commitment to achieving excellence.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
