Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests with a smile.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Enroll guests into hotel rewards program.
  • Provide detailed information about the hotel and the local community.
  • Address and resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimun NITEC in hospitality or related
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • 5 days work week
  • Location: Orchard
  • No experience are welcome to apply
