Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist cum Admin to join our team at TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome clients, direct them to the Concierge and main reception, and maintain a professional and inviting reception area.
  • Customer Service: Provide front desk services to clients and internal staff, assist with general inquiries, and operate the switchboard.
  • Meeting Room Management: Manage and maximize meeting room resources using the booking system, maintain conference room bookings, and coordinate reservations via the Converge platform.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with taking and serving beverage orders, coordinate security procedures, and perform other simple administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Education: GCE O Level and above
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related working experience
  • Skills: Good customer service skills, proficient in MS Office, and immediate starter preferably
