Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join a MNC as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should be strong in communication and problem solving abilities, with a passion to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through email and hotline, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information
  • Assist customers in setting up their membership accounts online and generate monthly reports
  • Coordiante with internal and external stakeholders on procurement activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational support across Singapore
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle fast-paced environment
