You will workas part of the National Service (NS) Registration and Enlistmentteam and be responsible for the smooth administration of the NSprocesses.This includes coordinating with stakeholders, managingcases, and providing clear information and guidance topre-enlistees and their parents. You will oversee a team ofassistants, prepare reports, and make recommendations to relevantauthorities. Additionally, you will be involved in conductingenlistment exercises at enlistmentunits.

  • Administer NSregistration, pre-enlistment and enlistment related activities andfollow up on cases and issues after the activities.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks and compliance toprocesses
  • Conduct verification checks on theNS processes and ensure timely submission of the report to thestakeholder.
  • Communicate withpre-enlistees/parents when required and with internal stakeholdersfor necessary actions
  • Correspond andparticipate in discussions with stakeholders, colleagues and systemtechnical teams to plan for system enhancements.
  • Provide data and information for periodic managementreporting and to provide support for audits.
  • Administer enlistment exercises at enlistment units andmanage queries
  • Assist the manager in otheradministration tasks as and whenrequired
