Job Opportunity for a Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive.

About the Role:

  • Lead a frontline team, driving operational effectiveness and readiness.
  • Maintain a professional image of the team among customers and stakeholders.
  • Promote accountability, integrity, and excellence within the team.
  • Enhance team capabilities and image to meet service, productivity, and efficiency goals.
  • Develop policies and procedures to optimize team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide training, coaching, and motivation to ensure team members meet required performance standards.
  • Address challenges promptly, manage risks effectively, and implement solutions as needed.
  • Review and refine workflows to reduce turnover and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational issues, resolving them effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience managing a team in a customer service environment is preferred.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of SGD 3,300 per month (negotiable).
  • 5.5 days workweek with alternate Saturday off.
  • Located in Sembawang.
