About the Role

Our client, a research and learning institute focused on human development, well-being, and conscious leadership, is seeking a Research & Impact Analyst to join their team, playing a critical role in designing and executing research projects focused on well-being, mindfulness, and organizational development. This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop impact measures, support curriculum reviews, and assess organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

Research & Impact Measurement

  • Develop and implement assessment measures for staff selection, development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Translate research insights into actionable outcomes that enhance curriculum impact.
  • Assist in publishing research findings to establish thought leadership in well-being and organizational development.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with consultants, practitioners, and stakeholders to design research methodologies and collect data.
  • Support the integration of research insights into training programs and organizational strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure research findings are aligned with business objectives.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage and maintain a research database for assessment and impact measures.
  • Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Provide detailed reports on research findings and organizational impact.
What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field, with a strong background in empirical research.
  • At least 3 years of experience in applied research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Prior experience in publishing research and presenting at conferences/seminars.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple research streams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for well-being, mindfulness, and organizational development.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in coaching, leadership development, or well-being program design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred (this role requires to interact with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
