Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance organizational structure, talent management, and performance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational design, talent development, and performance management within large-scale enterprises. This role involves working closely with leadership teams to implement OD projects, workforce planning, and culture-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design & Workforce Planning:
Lead organizational structure design and optimization projects.
Conduct industry benchmarking and organizational diagnosis to drive structural improvements.
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, including headcount planning and staffing budget management.
Design and execute organizational reform strategies across business units and regions.
Talent Management & Development:
Oversee key OD processes, including talent review, performance evaluation, and promotions.
Design and implement leadership development programs to strengthen managerial capabilities.
Develop and conduct training programs to empower regional OD teams.
Create customized talent solutions to support business growth.
Performance & Incentive Strategies:
Develop and monitor regional performance assessment frameworks, aligning them with business objectives.
Design front-line incentive programs to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
Establish corporate performance metrics and ensure continuous performance tracking.
Culture & Change Management:
Conduct corporate culture benchmarking against leading enterprises to refine internal cultural frameworks.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
Lead organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during structural adjustments.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or corporate OD roles, preferably in large-scale enterprises or consulting firms.
Strong expertise in organizational design, performance management, and workforce planning.
Proven ability to lead large-scale OD projects across multiple business units.
Experience in benchmarking research, staffing budget planning, and change management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from organizational data analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, HR, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HR digital transformation and data-driven OD strategies.
Skilled in using any IT-related softwares
Experience in high-growth or multinational environments.
Good communication and project management skills.
