Role Overview
As a Chef de Partie at Les Ducs, you will play a key role in our kitchen, taking ownership of a section while working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your creativity, skills, and dedication will contribute to maintaining the high standards of food quality and presentation that define our restaurant.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Your Section: Oversee the daily operations of your designated section (e.g., starter, main course, pastry, etc.), ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work in close collaboration with the other chefs to ensure consistency and excellence in all dishes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets the restaurant’s standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that your section is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Ingredient Management: Assist with ordering and managing stock to ensure the kitchen has all necessary ingredients while minimizing waste.
  • Training and Mentorship: Support junior team members in developing their skills and maintaining a high standard of work.
