Position Summary:

As the Sales Associate for Procurement and Supply Chain Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and launch and expand our market presence in the Singapore region. This role requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in software & services sales, particularly in the procurement & supply chain domain.


Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor the progress of all sales opportunities.

Market Growth & Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of our procurement services and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of integrity within the sales team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

· Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly in the procurement domain (minimum of 2 years of experience)

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strategic thinking and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with procurement processes and challenges is highly desirable.
