HR Manager

Job Description:
- Oversee HR functions at both strategic and operational levels, including HR administration.
- Evaluate organizational structure to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead HR priority projects across all areas of HRM, such as labor sustainability, communication, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and competitive objectives.
- Create and manage the HR budget and forecasts.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives related to HR.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in accordance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Produce timely monthly reports for management review.
- Handle the full range of HRM responsibilities, including payroll and performance management.
- Provide comprehensive HR support for the business.
- Develop and execute HR strategies focusing on talent management, leadership, change, and succession planning, covering areas like recruitment, discipline, grievance handling, pay and conditions, contracts, training, development, succession planning, morale, culture, performance appraisal, and quality management.
- Establish systems to measure key aspects of HR development.
- Partner strategically with management to implement HR initiatives that support business growth.
- Assess the HR needs of internal stakeholders and provide expert advice on managing HR-related issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in a senior or managerial HR role.
- Proven track record of successful HR management in previous positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Capable of multitasking with a sense of urgency to deliver timely results.
- Proactive, self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player with a strong service orientation.
