HR Manager

At Atomic Group, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our human resources function, providing strategic guidance and support to our employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Singapore and Malaysia, manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee engagement, conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to enhance employee retention strategies.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans, collaborate with leadership to establish clear performance expectations and development opportunities.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Compensation and Benefits: Support the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, analyze market trends to recommend adjustments to salary structures and benefits offerings.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide insights to management, prepare regular reports on employee turnover, engagement, and other key HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
- Have prior recruitment experience in Malaysia.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite, with strong analytical skills.
