Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to ensure fairness and equity.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and prepare and present HR-related reports to management.
- Manage employee separation processes, including termination and exit interviews.
- Assign individual employees to different roles and responsibilities.
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
