As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and dynamic Recruiter and Administrator to join our team and support our operations.


Position Overview:
The Recruiter and Administrator will play a key role in managing our recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles. In addition, this individual will handle administrative duties that support the smooth operation of our growing business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of high-precision equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical positions, business development positions as requested.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on company needs and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and ensure the hiring process aligns with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and manage job boards.
  • Other ad hoc from hr manager.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate logistics for events and team activities.
  • Support the HR department in organizing employee development programs and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Report to HR manager.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical and engineering roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor equipment or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet) and MS office.
