Position OverviewThe Recruiter and Administrator will play a key role in managing our recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles. In addition, this individual will handle administrative duties that support the smooth operation of our growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical positions, business development positions as requested.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on company needs and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and ensure the hiring process aligns with organizational goals.
- Maintain and manage job boards.
- Other ad hoc from HR manager.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate logistics for events and team activities.
- Support the HR department in organizing employee development programs and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Report to HR manager.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical and engineering roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet) and MS office.
