Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to guests, answering enquiries, offering guidance and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role demands a proactive individual with strong communication skills.

  • Attend to general enquiries from Public and NTUC Members on amenities at Downtown East and Clubhouses
  • Assist with NTUC Membership, Starter and nEbO recruitment and membership promotional activities
  • Handling all telephone and walk-in enquiries, tenants promotions and feedback from Guests. Assist in developing action plans in organising delight programs/initiatives to delight guests at all info counters
  • Able to maintain database of membership recruitment efforts


Requirements:

  • Diploma, Higher Nitec, 'O' or 'N" Level
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in customer service. Have experience in cashiering and handling POS
  • Require Intermediate level for Microsoft Excel and Basic level for Word and Powerpoint.
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for senior roles
  • Must be able to work on shifts/weekends/public holidays
