The assistant helps maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness while contributing to the efficiency and quality of food production, both for centralized production and outlet-specific service needs.

Job Description:

1.Kitchen Housekeeping (Before & After Operating Hours)

  • Keep kitchen tables dry, neat and clean as per requirements
  • Keep kitchen utensils dry, neat and returned back to initial place
  • Ensure kitchen towels cleanliness
  • Maintain work stations, kitchen equipment and kitchen area cleanliness

2.Goods Receiving & Storage Response Time

  • Good received within expected timeline from our suppliers
  • Clear and ensure no blockage for common area and walk way within expected timeline
  • Good replenished or right placement (e.g., fridge/storeroom) within expected timeline

3.Food Quality

  • Prepare processed food according to SOP and within stipulated time

4.Food Wastage

  • Reduce food wastages (due to overfry / burnt / not cooked)

5.Hygiene Aspects

  • Strictly comply with food and hygiene SOP

6.Adhoc Duties

  • Replenish of condiments and utensils as and when needed
