**About the Company**
- We are Singapore's first subscription-only weekly meal kit service provider.
- We source for fresh quality ingredients, do most of the Mise En Place and deliver them directly to households so that they can have a gourmet homecooked meal in 30 minutes or less.
- We help to: 1) Reduce food waste, 2) Save time, and 3) Save money
- Junior Sous Chef to Sous Chef position
- Possess a good knowledge of ingredients, cooking methods
- Proficient in Mise En Place/food preparation.
- Ensure consistency, high quality food preparation and smooth daily operations.
- Prepare food items in accordance with recipes, packing guidelines, quality control standards and specifications.
- Contribute to fine-tuning of SOPs
- New recipe research and development (R&D)
- Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely while actively listening to others and giving consideration to their opinions.
- Maintain personal hygiene and clean workstations
- Comply with workplace health and safety procedures

- Oral Communication and Writing Skills
- Time and Task Management Abilities
- Good Team Player
- Open minded and adaptable
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of multiple cuisines is an advantage
- Experience in both fine dining and production kitchen preferred
- Good culinary fundamentals
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- WSQ Food Hygiene Certification Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel is an advantage
