Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial counselling for patients and third party.
- Administer admission and discharge of patients.
- Bill handling tasks, including Mediclaim, other settlement and follow up.
- Handle face to face and phone call customers' enquiries regarding admission and bills.
- Coordinate administrative duties with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality, Healthcare, Business Administration with minimum 6 years working experiences.
- Or O level with minimum 10 years work experiences.
- Preferably, have healthcare or service industries experiences.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Meticulous in details and number.
- Training will be provided.
