Job Title: Senior/Patient Service Associate (Specialist Outpatient Clinic)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Patient Service Associate to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line and administrative services to patients, as well as assisting doctors in the consultation room.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous front-line and administrative services to patients, including answering phone calls, arranging appointments, transferring calls, collecting payment, and attending to general enquiries.
Chaperon patients and doctors, assist the doctor in the consultation room, and assist with taking height and weight measurements.
Engage in administrative tasks at the departmental level.
Working Hours:
The selected candidate will work office hours, 5 days a week, with one half-Saturday every four weeks. Alternative working hours may also be considered.
Contract Details:
This is a one-year contract position.
