Role
We are looking for a Centre Admin with a genuine interest in improving the landscape for education. You will work closely with the Founders to ensure smooth operations by managing daily administration, vendor coordination, facilities maintenance, inventory, and financial processes to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Liaise with cleaning and pest control vendors; schedule deep cleaning and routine maintenance; ensure facilities are well-maintained.
- Facilities Management: Maintain asset lists; implement monitoring checklists for equipment; liaise with landlord on maintenance and compliance.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders for various business units
- Finance & Administration: Support invoicing; process withdrawals; handle overdue payments and invoices; support month-end reporting.
- Safety: Maintain First Aid certification records.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills are a requirement
- Proficiency in using excel / google sheets / task management software
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork are key
Working Arrangement:
Part-time working arrangement, 20-hour work week (on-site)
