Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Account team and handle daily accounting operation
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Responsible for management reports/aging reports/financial analysis and accounting schedules
  • Prepare annual budget and financial forecast
  • Review and manage the Company cashflow
  • Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports to Head Office
  • To prepare and submit tax organizer to tax agent for annual tax computation and submission
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly GST return
  • Liaise and collaborate with external parties, such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities, bankers for banking facilities where required
  • Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions
  • Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance or related field
  • CPA is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded, flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignments
  • Mature, detail-oriented and able to work independently
