Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Asst Finance Manager in all administrative work
- Issue Tax Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note
- Prepare Payment Voucher
- Manage AP & AR
- Data entry into accounting system
- Uphold Company policies
- Handle Production / Site Staff Payroll
- Application / Renewal of Work Pass (WP, S-Pass & E-Pass)
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 year of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in PC skill
- Meticulous, independent, analytical
- Bilingual
- Able to work on alternate Saturday (1/2 day)
