Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Asst Finance Manager in all administrative work
  • Issue Tax Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note
  • Prepare Payment Voucher
  • Manage AP & AR
  • Data entry into accounting system
  • Uphold Company policies
  • Handle Production / Site Staff Payroll
  • Application / Renewal of Work Pass (WP, S-Pass & E-Pass)

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 2 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in PC skill
  • Meticulous, independent, analytical
  • Bilingual
  • Able to work on alternate Saturday (1/2 day)
