Accounting Support Role

As a Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support in both AP and AR functions, including providing assistance with staff's claims and reimbursement, and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments. You will also assist in the reconciliation of credit card bills, and maintain timely payments for office/warehouse rent, Fire insurance, Company Vehicle Road Tax renewal, and office staff's WICA. Additionally, you will handle other ad-hoc jobs as assigned. This role is ideal for someone with experience in accounting systems, such as QuickBooks, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in AP and AR functions
  • Assist staff with claims and reimbursement
  • Coordinate shipments and handling of receiving
  • Reconcile credit card bills
  • Maintain timely payments for office expenses
Requirements
  • Experience in accounting systems, such as QuickBooks
