  • Assist to optimizing and support the financial results set as quarterly target by the Management
  • Assist in administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and sales reporting
  • Assist to manage daily office tasks including but not limited to petty cash handling, and task management
  • Maintain the structure of company accounts, including profit and loss.
  • Coordinate monthly and yearly financial accounts.

Human Resource

Including but not limited to

  • Assist to manage general human resource management and office administrative functions
  • Application of work permits & related administrations
  • Assist to perform HR duties not limited to employee commission & payroll preparation
  • Assist to manage compliance, license and government and work permit employment, including visa application, tenancy & contracts
  • Sourcing & application of grants suitable and eligible for the company
  • Monthly rostering for operations team
