Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Man the General Office
- Perform telephone receptionist duties and attend to telephone enquiries
- Attend to incoming emails from school generic email account
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of documents
- Provide support for meetings & events held at school premises
- Responsible for school's temporary door access card and withdrawal of keys
- Manage school's stationeries & papers
Finance & HR Matters
- Work closely with Finance on school procurement and vendor payment process which includes raising of purchase request, receiving goods and services, verifying invoices and tracking payments to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Assist in annual asset verification check
- Provide new staff with all necessary items (e.g. school t-shirt)
- Provide support for submission of group training request in HRMS
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A'/Polytechnic diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years working experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Data Entry skills and good working knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping (Preferably with ACCPAC experience)
- Organized and good administrative skills
- Responsible and strong work ethic
- Written and oral communication skills
