Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Executive plays a key role in managing and executing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and engagement initiatives. This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters a positive workplace culture, and supports business objectives by attracting, retaining, and developing talent in alignment with company policies and local regulations.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in the end-to-end-recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, salary proposals, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Oversee offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.

HR Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, confidentiality agreements, and performance documentation.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook comply with company standards and local regulations.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and well-being programs to foster a positive work environment.

Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll and administer employee benefits.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Manage the employee life cycle, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and dispute mediation in compliance with labor laws.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 5–6 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Professional HR certifications such as IHRP or SHRM will be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.
