Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Support procurement activities and processes.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and invoice processing.
  • Verify payment listings and maintain an up-to-date vendor database.
  • Review payment vouchers submitted by facilities for accuracy.
  • Examine management accounts and financial statements to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and review budget proposals, and monitor expenditure against budgets.
  • Verify finance documents and provide assistance during audits.
  • Maintain and update administrative and financial records.
  • Manage fixed assets by tagging, inventory tracking, and condemning obsolete items.
  • Issue cheques and coordinate the collection of authorised signatures.
  • Provide secretarial support for committee meetings, including documentation and coordination.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Mon to Fri - 9.00am to 6.00pm
