This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong creative foundation and a keen appreciation for data-driven decision-making. You will be at the forefront of bridging the gap between compelling creative concepts and tangible performance marketing and branding outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a creative consultant for key clients, providing expert guidance on enhancing and implementing their creative assets.
- Conduct thorough audits of client brands, messaging, and existing creatives to identify areas for improvement.
- Dive deep into campaign performance data to uncover valuable insights that inform creative strategy.
- Apply proven creative and storytelling frameworks to develop high-impact concepts aligned with client objectives.
- Leverage campaign performance data to devise innovative and effective creative approaches.
- Champion the integration of brand building principles within performance marketing initiatives.
- Develop clear and concise creative briefs to guide design and content teams.
- Review creative outputs to ensure they meet strategic objectives outlined in the briefs.
- Collaborate with performance marketing managers to report on creative performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Document and synthesize ad performance data and insights to establish and refine creative best practices.
- Implement test-and-learn strategies across client campaigns to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance creative strategy workflows and boost productivity.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends in branding, creative development, and storytelling.
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative field such as design or copywriting (preferable), with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in developing and executing creative strategies.
- A genuine passion for the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing.
- Creative experience in an agency, with additional experience in performance marketing is a huge added advantage.
- Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to confidently present creative strategies, explain data-driven insights, and effectively guide stakeholders.
- A strong ability to translate creative insights into strategic initiatives that contribute to both brand building and business growth.
- A solid understanding of key branding metrics.
- Experience in crafting brand positioning and messaging frameworks for digitally-native brands.
- Familiarity with media planning, buying, and reporting within platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Experience using project management software.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills that clearly and persuasively communicate your ideas.
- A proactive and collaborative spirit, ready to engage with diverse stakeholders.
