**The role**

As a Strategist at F&B, you will be a key driver in the success of our work, client relationships and the agency as a whole. We strongly believe in the power of creativity to solve our clients' business challenges and to solve these challenges in unexpected ways.

Not afraid to step outside of your comfort zone, you are involved in all aspects of strategic and creative development, working closely with all team members. We don't live and die by creative briefs; we collaborate throughout the whole process to ensure our work is connected, relevant, and world-class.

As a core team, we are partners to each other and our clients, providing insight, inspiration, and boutique craft at scale. Through qualitative and quantitative experiences, research, testing and decoding, our strategists live to understand people, brands and culture - and everything in between - and bring that knowledge into our work to make it more relevant and breakthrough.

**Responsibilities**:

- Immerse into the client's brand and business to deeply understand and articulate their challenges and opportunities into clear strategic narratives that lead to strong ideas.
- Full responsibility for the development, implementation, and reporting of consumer research across clients to best support the creative and branding process with insight and research that leads to groundbreaking brand design and creative ideas.
- Oversee and lead brand and comms planning and platform strategy and ensure deep relevance and connection with consumers.
- Partner with Studio and our creative team to develop brand repositioning; brand refresh and brand design / VI work and to sell the brand concept to the clients.
- Being curious - conducting ongoing societal, cultural and industry trend observations and analysis that elevates the whole agency and team.
- Brings strategic clarity to the table and consistently direct and guide your peers and core teams towards that goal.
- Champion a prestige-less, no bullshit approach to creating strategies, believing that simplicity and collaboration drive world-class strategies and creative ideas.

**Who are our Strategist?**
- 5+ years of strategy experience
- Experience in developing and leading strategic work for global, regional and local clients (business, brand and creative strategy).
- Can prove that your strategic skills has led to effective results for clients (through case studies, effectiveness and creative awards etc.).
- Has a proven track record of producing strategies that led to world class and award winning brand design/brand repositioning work.
- Enjoys working closely with designers and creatives (at F&B, we don't have creative briefs. All strategies and ideas are created in collaboration in a non-linear way within the core team).
- Has a large toolbox of models and ways of creating strategies (F&B does not believe in one standard model to solve the client's challenges - it's up to our strategists to decide what solves the problem in the most effective way).

One way we do that is by supporting autonomous client teams. This team is accountable together. No one in the team reports to anyone. We get in there on equal terms. And because we stay clear of traditional hierarchy on the client team level, we also have very few basic titles.

So, while your title will not change at the pace you may be used to from other companies, every employee at F&B has a clear path for growth and clarity on expectations.

We believe in equal pay for equal work, have gender pay equity everywhere in the Collective, and are Fair Pay Workplace Certified. Compensation is evaluated annually to ensure that your earning potential grows as your level of impact and responsibility grows.

The full salary range for a Strategist at Forsman & Bodenfors in Singapore is S$3,300 to S$10,000.
