Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the growth of our company's market presence. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities by contacting potential clients via phone, email, and other channels.

Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Conduct product presentations and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure continued business growth.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Research and analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Maintain an understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure the smooth execution of business development plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials for clients.

Sales Reporting & Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development progress, including sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with client onboarding and facilitate smooth transitions for new customers.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Good understanding of the sales process and business development techniques.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
