About the Role
Lead and Build a team & culture that enables the Company to fulfill its mission of providing quality training platform. Provide team members to do their life’s best work in a highly engaging, principled, and inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities
Build an Exceptional Team:
- Ensure all open roles are filled with high-performing individuals.
- Plan headcount effectively to grow the team in alignment with the company's short and long-term needs.
- Maintain an offer-to-acceptance rate of at least 80%.
Drive a High-Performance Culture:
- Hold every manager accountable for their team members' performance.
- Resolve performance issues promptly.
- Conduct efficient and rigorous performance review cycles.
- Provide managers with the support, training, and accountability needed to excel.
Engage, Develop, and Retain Employees:
- Achieve a high Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
