Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

This position requires candidate to manage existing accounts and build strong long term relationship with customers, grow account with technical competency to achieve and exceed sales target. Candidate is expected to travel to the Asean countries for visit to distributors, customers & end users.


Responsibilities:

· To manage and maintain close relationship with existing clients and develop and acquire new accounts.

· Work closely with OEMs, MROs, End Users and assist them on parts, services & applications of our products, namely:-

· Engine cooling pumps

· Anti vibration dampers - rubber, spring and viscous types

· Geared motors

· Forklift Tyres, Wheels and Castors

· Generate and monitor quotations through the sales process, and secure the sales throughout negotiation with customer.

· Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.

· Take initiative to learn related knowledge on electrical/mechanical solutions.

· Achieve key targets together with team members by improving sales process, optimizing the work flow to maximize sales productivity.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Marine/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

· At least three years sales experience and knowledge in the service and application of marine and industrial equipment such as diesel engines, forklifts, pumps and motors.

· Possess a combination of sales skills and technical knowledge to be able to sell and provide technical advice to customers whenever necessary.

· Able to interpret technical drawings with good knowledge of precision machining processes such as milling, turning and additive metrology

· Competent in the use of CAD, CAM and QA management system

· Good relationship with OEMs, MROs, and End Users would be an added advantage.

· Result oriented and thrives on sales target in order to develop new sales, is proactive and hungry for success

· Proficient with MS Excel / MS Words / MS Power point

· Excellent business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good command of English.

Possess own vehicle with valid driving license
