Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
- Effectively manage assigned territory, prioritize key accounts, and leverage internal & external resources.
- Develop and implement account plans with strategic end users and partners to drive sales growth.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of sales opportunities through prospecting and tracking progress.
- Influence top decision makers in key accounts by aligning product value propositions with customer needs.
- Manage existing partner relationships, find new partners, and collaborate on growth strategies.
- Implement training programs on product knowledge, marketing initiatives, and business processes.
- Conduct product trials & demonstrations to support conversions and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of industry experience as an account manager, preferably in the welding-related industry.
- Strong value selling skills and ability to convert new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
