Sales and Admin Assistant

- Perform accounts payable and receivable
- Perform admin duties
- Issue invoices
- Record all quotation details from clients in excel to issue quotation, and send via email / whatsapp group
- Monitor and amend quote changes in the same excel file
- Check completion and update finance
- Any adhoc duties that assigned by Superior
- Preferably familiar with using google drive
- Must be meticulous
- Working day: Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm), Sat (8am to 12pm)
