Corporate Secretarial Admin Assistant

Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible in all respects of corproate secretarial work with ACRA
- Experience in planning in work scope
- Manage customer portfolio
- Preparation of resolutions, biz filing, updating of statutory registeres and XBRL
- Maintain of Registers, Minutes Books and Lodgement with the ACRA
- Maintain record monitor routing of documentation
- Ability to liaise with and advice the client on matters on company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters
- Any other matters/projects the manegement may require from time to time
- To perform clericals and administrative duties includes filing, scanning, sorting of letter correspondences and ad hoc assignment as assigned
- Candicate must possess at least an "O" Level or equivalent
- Able to work with minimum supervision, a candidate that is organized, meticulous. Able to manage tight deadlines.
- Must be able to converse in both English & Mandarin. Have a good command of both written and verbal English & Mandarin (to liaise wuth Mandarin speaking clients and respective associates)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability will be advantageous
- Provides coordination and adminstrative supports to ensure efficiency & effectiveness was carried out in operations between departments
- Process payment and monitor receipts
