Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Assistant in managing administrative functions.
  • Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Assist with Visa applications, coordinating with travel agencies and embassies.
  • Help manage team calendars.
  • Handle official communications and act as a liaison between stakeholders.
  • Organize internal and external meetings/events with timely communication.
  • Process and verify travel and entertainment claims per company policy.
  • Maintain records, files, and documents.
  • Draft and review memos, letters, and correspondence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
