Personal Assistant cum Secretary

Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of secretarial support to Chairman & CEO.
- Provide support to the daily activities of the Chairman & CEO including OA, emails and meeting arrangement.
- Prepare / Translate reports, documents and presentation materials to be used by Chairman & CEO.
- Arrange internal and external meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications etc.
- Attend to Chairman & CEO's personal work.
- Any other duties as required by the Chairman & CEO
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree from local universities or reputable universities overseas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in AI, Mining or Energy industry.
- Fresh grads with distinctions from local universities are welcome to apply.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin - to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates and bosses.
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
- Proficient with MS Office, Adobe, online conferencing softwares e.g. VOOV, ZOOM, TEAM and etc.
- Willing to travel frequently and on short notice.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work with flexible working hours when travelling overseas.
