HarriAnns - Human Resource Manager

Singapore iconic and homegrown heritage Food Services and Manufacturing company, HarriAnns (www.harrianns.com) is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join her dynamic team. This is a replacement role to continue with our mission to nuture talents, and work with all stakeholders to further accelerate our business expansion plans both in Singapore and overseas.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Staffing: - Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending hiring decisions.
  2. Training and Development: - Identifying training needs, designing and sourcing for training programs, and facilitating employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  3. Performance Management: - Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to employees, and assisting in setting performance goals.
  4. Employee Relations: - Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  5. Compliance: - Ensuring compliance with MOM employment laws and regulations, including Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, Employment Act and workplace safety regulations.
  6. Compensation and Benefits: - Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, employee benefits enrollment, and periodic review of compensation structures.
  7. HR Policies and Procedures: - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency, compliance, discipline and punitive measures across the organization.
  8. HR Administration: - Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and leave management.
  9. Strategic Planning: - Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives, and contributing to overall business planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  1. Minimally a Diploma in Human Resource with 3-4 years of equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience in the F&B or Retail industry an added advantage.
  3. Is resourceful, diligent, self-motivated and a good communicator.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
