Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient delivery of HR services to the organization.
  • Supervise recruitment, selection, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Regularly evaluate HR workflows for optimization and increased productivity.
  • Engage in annual HR activities such as Performance Appraisals, Salary Reviews, Variable Bonus assessments, and handle ad-hoc salary reviews or promotions.
  • Address employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, employment certification, and related matters.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to retain team members for effective client service.
  • Proactively identify and address operational inefficiencies to enhance overall performance.
  • Participate in tender and cost preparation, offering insights on Human Capital costs, recommending team members for tenders, crafting compelling CVs, and suggesting training for technical skill gaps.
    Undertake occasional projects or assignments as needed.


Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a degree or diploma in HRM
  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a background in HR generalist/business partnering and talent management.
  • Comfortable to operate in a fast and changing business environment
  • Location: West region
