Job Objectives

  • The HR Business Partner serves as business strategic partner in executing HR processes in accordance with HR policy to support business objectives.
  • Advise and coach the management & employees on general business and HR topics.
  • HRBP is the primary interface for HR in the business.

Responsibilities:

HR Proximity

  • Define HR action plans based on business requirements; coaching managers to enable them to take actions in creating and maintaining a successful, engaging environment within their perimeter; ensuring HR proximity to the employees by taking appropriate measures
  • Work closely with Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives to the business and employees
HR policies

  • Implementation of HR policies, services and programs for the respective business;
Change Management

  • Identifying / anticipating change management activities within the business area; driving and/or facilitating the change with any appropriate measure(s) and control the sustainability of change processes
Resource Management

  • Qualitative and quantitative resource management in cooperation with the business in order to ensure the right level of recruitment and mobility (Resource Review, Competences Management, headcount planning, succession planning, staffing etc.);
  • Ensuring that the learning, training/development actions are implemented on time, cost and quality including training budget management.
Talent Management

  • Identification and selection of talents and following their development;
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on career development (support individual development plan(s), promotions)
  • Be the catalyst to drive mobility through knowing the people ready to move and networking for potential opportunities
Performance Management

  • Drive the HR annual cycle (People Tempo) ie. annual interview, salary review etc. within the partner business sector
  • Coach the managers and employees on effective performance management
Ethics & Compliance

  • Ensure Airbus's Ethics and Compliance approach and the respective rules and behaviors are respected and followed by employees
Project Management

  • Leading and/or supporting projects/sub projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or HRM with at least 5 years HR experience in multinational environment
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, training & development and employment laws
  • Advanced skill in Google Workspace Ability to consult and coach employees and managers in HR policies, processes and tools as well as in all people related matters.
  • Understand the Airbus HR strategy and the business strategy in order to support challenge and influence the business.
  • Support human aspects of change. Build a trustful network with the customer.
  • Ability to build and develop effective crossfunctional team work.
  • Understand, drive, promote and monitor the implementation of HR policies and related processes in line with the Airbus HR strategy
  • Simplify the complex process and procedures & reduce administrative actions inside the Collaborative Platform
  • Ability to identify improvements, implementing & monitoring them as a project (manage timing, risks & cost).
