Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at NUDE Seafood. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, a passion for business development, and a knack for managing events. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Encourage teamwork and collaboration to maintain a high standard of service.

2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with guests, addressing their feedback and concerns promptly.Develop strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase customer loyalty.Facilitate regular staff meetings to enhance communication and share best practices in customer service.

3. Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events that attract new customers.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure NUDE Seafood remains a leader in the dining industry.

4. Event Management: Plan and coordinate special events, private parties, and promotional activities.Work with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful execution of events.Oversee event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

5. Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining cost control while delivering excellence in service.Generate reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance, presenting findings to upper management.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; adept at building relationships with both staff and customers.Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage budgets effectively.Experience in planning and executing events successfully.Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.A passion for seafood and commitment to sustainability will be considered an asset.
