The Job:

Analytical RM Analyst: Drive revenue growth for APAC resorts, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and serve as a key liaison across departments.


  1. Achieve maximum revenue for a portfolio of resorts by establishing key yielding rules, implementing strategies, and ensuring continuous follow-up throughout the season -
  • Utilize various yield levers such as forecasting, promotions, capacity management, length of stay, upgrades, and group bookings to optimize revenue.
  • Develop and refine revenue management (RM) strategies before each sales cycle, including proposals on pricing, seasonality, capacity, and yield levels.
  • Adapt yielding strategies based on observed trends, market context, and customer needs, incorporating frequent manual adjustments to RM levels in the system.
  • Ensure the reliability of forecasts and maintain consistency in the proper utilization of yield levers, aligning with strategic and business objectives.

2. Ensure meticulous monitoring of business performance while facilitating clear and timely communication on vital information, revenue management (RM) actions, strategies, and recommendations -

  • Foster seamless communication channels between RM and other Revenue Management & Pricing (RMP) functions, ensuring swift dissemination of crucial information, decisions, and strategies.
  • Evaluate the performance of designated resorts, offering strategic insights and recommendations on revenue management, pricing, and group issues to enhance overall business performance.
  • Actively participate in meetings and business reviews, delivering insightful analyses, strategic inputs, and effective communication of RM strategies, actions, recommendations, and alerts as relevant to the discussion.

3. Drive enhancements in working processes and tools to elevate sales fluidity, operational efficiency, and accuracy -

  • Proactively propose advancements in internal processes and cross-functional relations to foster continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing processes and methods, challenging norms to standardize workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Solicit feedback from frontline teams to refine and adapt processes, aligning revenue management (RM) actions with the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Collaborate with other Business Units' RM teams to identify relevant tools and implement best practices, fostering synergies across the organization.

3. Participate in RM projects across APAC -

  • Test and implement new yielding systems, focusing on assigned resorts.
  • Support global and local project development, ensuring APAC-specific considerations are addressed.
  • Contribute to RM-related system development and participate in B-case Topline proposals.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience in Revenue Management field, preferably in Hospitality industry.
  • Possess strong knowledge on Revenue Management
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Possess good verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
