Revenue Management Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas sales teams, Revenue Management Analysts and Associates in escalated group evaluations and deviation requests
- Evaluate adhoc group requests and special group movements such as large Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), FAM groups, and series groups in a timely manner, based on available historical and forward looking data
- Understand historical and forward booking trends, fare, and availability affecting assigned stations and routes. This is done by reviewing and adjusting AGM Business rules after considering seasonal and market constraints, and by regular checks when new inventory or strategies are implemented.
- Management of overbooking on SQ flights to minimize both spoilage and offloads through Revenue Management (RM) optimizer parameters
- Regular review and analysis of data to improve flight management and forecast accuracy together with Revenue management analysts
- Assist in testing efforts with Information Technology Department (ITD) & other business units to ensure timely deliverables for adhoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in airline reservations and ticketing processes, Group bookings, revenue management, and/or networks and schedules will be advantageous
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for extensive interactions with the stakeholders
- A selfstarter with keen commercial sense and is comfortable making decisions quickly on a day to day basis to maximize network revenue
- An effective team player, who is able to work well with colleagues across the company
