JobResponsibilities

  • Workclosely with the APAC Learning manager to develop and executetraining plans, schedules, and budgets to meet the training needsof employees and stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region
  • Participate in global learning and development projectsas needed
  • Implement regional learning anddevelopment initiatives that align with business objectives andmeet the needs of employees in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Coordinating with partners to support the development oftheir Murex practice and adapting training plansaccordingly.
  • Facilitate training sessions foremployees and stakeholders across the region, includingclassroom-based training, e-learning, and on-the-jobtraining.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness bycollecting feedback from participants, measuring the impact oftraining on business outcomes, and making recommendations forimprovement.
  • Manage training logistics,including scheduling and coordinating training sessions, managingtraining materials and equipment, and providing administrativesupport for training programs.
  • Maintainingupdated training records in the Learning Management System (usingSucessFactors, 360LEarning & Workday) and monitoring trainingactivity, following up, cancelling and rescheduling sessions, asnecessary.
  • Managing legal aspects, supplytraining statistics, and purchase training materials

JobRequirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training, HR or relatedfield
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as aTraining/Learning Coordinator or similar role
  • Familiarity with learning management software (LMS) –e.g. SuccessFactors, 360Learning, Workday
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strongproject management skills, with the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build relationships with stakeholders at alllevels.
