Key Responsibilities
•Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify, generate, and qualify sales leads through various digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online networking.
•Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase our leadership development programs, aligning our solutions with the specific needs of potential clients.
•Sales Closure: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and quotas.
•Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of client satisfaction.
•Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and program development teams to optimize campaigns and ensure effective communication of our leadership offerings.
•Market Research: Stay up-to-date on leadership trends, competitors, and industry insights to provide valuable feedback and enhance sales strategies.
•Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline updates, and progress to management.

Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital sales, business development, or account management, preferably within leadership development or a similar industry.
•Sales Skills: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, particularly in digital channels like social media, email marketing, and CRM tools.
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
•Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media tools.
•Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
•Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
