Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

· Monitor the customers weekly forecast and liaise with customer for discussing the delivery and collection schedules.

· Liaise and discuss with production for the incoming and outgoing schedules, follow up production output to meet committed schedule.

· Update daily inventory report and email to customer every day.

· Update the sales report & forecast to sales & operation manager every day.

· Generate the Delivery Order and Sales Order for shipment everyday

· Arrange driver delivery schedule and monitor driver's overtime.

· Ensure outgoing delivery orders are returned on time to account team.

· Assist supervisor for any ad hoc job if required or support when supervisor is absent

Purchasing

· Negotiate pricing with new or existing supplier

· Arrange incoming raw material to production and store department every day.

· Generate PO when receive PR Form from internal department, and follow up with management for approval, and follow up with supplier to ensure timely delivery.

· Process the Goods Received Note for payment every month

· Update stock reports for monitoring of PO.

· Update vendor monthly report and submit to operation manager by end of the month.
